DC13 Issues

15:56 BST – Service has now been fully restored following remediation actions across DC12 and DC13, including power reseat, device restarts, and route reflector stabilisation, with all border devices confirmed accessible and network services recovered; monitoring has also returned to normal as infrastructure was restored to an online state and traffic re-established.

15:02 BST – Investigations are ongoing by our senior teams. Customers are advised to check back regularly for updates. 

14:46 BST – Network engineer advised that due to no network connectivity the DC engineer was attempting to connect the console via mobile.  Investigations ongoing.

 

The issue has been identified as a route reflector issue, we’re currently working with resource in DC13 LDEX 2 to restore.
