As part of our commitment to quality and continual improvement, Iomart will be carrying out emergency work on 11th May. The work will specifically be to replace rr-1.ldex1 router’s. We are writing to you to notify of our intent to schedule this maintenance.
What will happen?
Iomart team will replace route reflectors routers. During the maintenance window there might be impact as we are going to reload the device.
When will the work be carried out?
The maintenance work will begin at 06:00 UK time on Mon 11th May 2026 and last until 10:00 UK time on Mon 11th May 2026
Who will be completing the work?
All tasks will be carried out by our iomart engineer.
Will I experience downtime?
During the maintenance window, customers are unlikely to experience any downtime. The router has a redundant pair, so traffic should seamlessly fail over to the secondary device while maintenance is performed.
